It’s for luck. Like throwing coins into a well or on train tracks. No one said it was a good idea. But it makes some folks feel more calm about their journey, despite wrecking havoc on a turbofan.

I’ll give them the same advice that they gave me: Make coffee at home. Eat less avocado toast. Learn to live without.
And a good one is easy on the eyes. Nice things to see explode, neat uses for a super power, gymkata in a fight, really just seeing something on screen that would fit in a day dream.
Make each kick add more time to a cooldown before the host can kick again. It still allows kicking but prevent aggressive kicking for nonsense reasons like not following the meta.
Or change the meta often enough to remove any clear ideas of what the meta is.
What would that job description be? “Get it gud” doesn’t seem to be helpful.
It’s amazing that a game with 2 unknown D tier characters on a 4 man roster is charging AAA prices for a live service game. No way that soulless cash grab is ever going to see 3 years old.
Help divers launches helpers to a planet to help bugs and bots. Help them stop being a menace.
The CEO is the person trying to buy it so they are the ones setting the price. The board has no confidence in the company and wants to get what little compensation they can get for it so they are taking the low ball offer after getting the cold shoulder at their test price. It’s not a good look but also not a good place to be.
It’s the award for helping foster the growth of the technology. America is a Petrie dish for tech and they use their people as agar.
If a person deliberately sets themselves on fire, they are fairly committed to hurting only them and no one else. Ever burn yourself? You know that blinding feeling and instant, involuntary reaction to get away from the thing burning you? Imagine that all over your body, the sensation of “get the fuck away” coming from everywhere. You aren’t going to have clear minded murder as your next agenda. It’s going to be either get water or die.
Pointing a gun at a person who is trying to die is stupid and shows the only way the gun weilder can understand is to use their fear and threaten something that is clearly not threatening. If you believe that someone who wants to die and is trying to do it to themselves, is a threat, you’re part of the problem.
But watch out for Mr Chiseller on YouTube and Awl Shucks on TikTok. Both look like chiseling but they are, in fact, planing. I’ve tried reporting the channels but it went nowhere.
My daily driver is a Moroni medium-fine weight but the secret is that I sharpen is each time I’m done with it so it can tackle just about anything. If you’ve got a burl, you’ll need something beefier, like a Stanchion heavy weight with the leather grip (remember leather is forever) and a shallow angled blade. It’s more work but it’s much easier. (Please don’t DM about how Stanchion is now Chinese owned, I’m talking about their stuff from a few years ago. Avoid the rubber grips because that’s the new stuff)
I’d warn against crazychisellersforum.bet because some people go there to sell Chi like crazy people and it’s getting flooded by bots after that Wood Work game came out. I was part of the exodus to chiselorbechiselled.net and we are slowly growing!
What balance issues are there? I want to play with some friends but they have a habit of metagaming and killing the joy.
Or they have an identity crisis where they don’t feel like themselves so instead it is a small, quiet plea to be the person they see in the mirror.

They get you hooked by being a Victorian/Eduardian era fantasy survival with vastly different worlds that are procedurally effected by cards/traits. After you craft the first new gear the suit and pants are replaced by rags and furs, never to return until the super grindy late game. The game is just like every other procedurally generated open world survival and not even the art style sticks around. It becomes just another crafting game in a forest/desert/winter world.
