1·3 months agoOn the contrary. I provide value of upkeep and managing the estate I rent. Without me people wouldn’t have place to live because they cannot afford to purchase the land.
Thanks to me countless people are able to have a roof under their heads.
Would you prefer if I kept my land barren?
I don’t like to charge fees for something that should be common decency
Cleaning after yourself before you leave the property as a tenant.
