  • This is what I did. I didn’t even come close to getting 100% of the collectibles, but I really enjoyed my experience with TOTK. I love both for what they are. BOTW to me was a very peaceful and moving experience once I got into it. I hated it at first and hate played through some of the main story then I said fuck it I’ll just get all of the towers and open up the whole map. In doing that I kind of fell in love with the game. The different areas, the scenery, the freedom, the music, it was a great game.

TOTK didn’t have that same emotion from the ambience, but I enjoyed the story and crafting. It did feel like it was missing the uniqueness that I loved in BOTW, but overall it was a good experience. I’d love a similar style game, but in a new version of Hyrule.

  • That’s not entirely true. I’ve worked many intense labor positions. I excelled in them and loved getting paid to exercise. The pay was shit and the hours were completely unreliable. I tried really hard to get another similar job with a more successful company and got basically nowhere. I now make way more than I ever have now that I work in the public sector in a DBA/development position.

I love the work and have always loved working with code, but honestly I’d prefer doing manual labor. I was in great shape, I could study audiobooks all day, and I could be high all day. Manual labor work is fucking great! The problem was I had no paid holidays, no sick time, no benefits whatsoever, the hours weren’t guaranteed, and my coworkers and boss were extremely racist and often dropped the N word out of nowhere. I’m part Mexican and often reminded them of that fact, but I know they just saw me as "“One of the good ones”. Also they made the position a 1099 position even though I worked for one company and had 0 control over anything.

I’d still switch back to manual labor if I could make the same amount I do now with the same benefits.

That’s true, I thought the same thing after posting. I still think you get both better results and a better experience if the third person is sitting. You’re definitely right about the timing though. To maximize results you have to very slightly stagger the landing. That’s really something kids learn fairly quickly after some trial and error.

Lol it’s gravity and physics. Double bounced means two people jumped and tried to land as close to the same time as possible to cause the trampoline to sink lower than it would if one person were jumping. The person getting double bounced sits on the trampoline waiting to be bounced.
