It is against the law. That means that society, as a whole, has decided that this is immoral.
No one forces you to stare at the girl
So that means that its morally okay to kill everyone who looks at me (“No one forces then to look at me!”)?
Why is your ethics enforceable, but other people’s aren’t?
Because ethics are only enforcable through laws and the laws currently enforce “my” ethics in that regard.
Why does she have less right to practice her ethical choice to expose her body (assuming by your answer you would have offense)?
Whether that is morally right is an ethical question but would you say the same about a minor (exposing themselves)?
Ethics is very subjective
Exactly, so what is the issue with the company having moral concerns about it and shutting it down?
Reminds me of Bo Burnham’s song New Math
Yeah but the wording is basically: “Prices are higher because they are”.
“Can I get that salad medium-rare please?”
I was actually not aware of that… Makes more sense now.
Except I have cups in my kitchen that are double the size of other cups and I dont know which ones to use.
Lots of websites with menus on the left!
Can you send an example? I’ve only seen these foldout side bar menus.
No, the turn signals (“Blinker”) here in Germany have to be yellow.
You use iMessage, but that is an Apple-specific thing and can’t even be used on Android phones. Also, Apple does the whole “green bubble blue bubble” thing you got going on and deliberately doesnt support RCS (which would bring stuff like image support to SMS). So we need a messenger than can be used on both iPhones and Android phones. WhatsApp was initially the most popular and thats why it still is.
Yeah because they are standardized. However, these are too big to fit in that razor and the only reason these cables are interchangable is because they follow that standard.
Plugging in a random cable from some random manufacturer is not a thing that most people would consider doing. (Furthermore, I doubt that any 220V cable would fit, these connectors on the picture are smaller than they look).
Nice of then to make sure you cant accidentally blow up your new razor because you assumed the old cable would work if it fit.
What is it for though? It’s overridable, so essentially it just makes it easier to ride without paying too much attention. Also, the speedometer legally had to be slightly lower than the actual speed, sp you’re actually driivng slower than the speed limit.
It’s gonma destroy somebody’s car tho
Depends on how often you ride I guess but if there is an e-scooter infront of me (they go 20 km/h), I have to hold back a bit.
Are you sure they are a sovereign citizen? Seems more like a joke to me…
There are differenr methods but to name one, you have two particles very close to each other and then you bombard them with energy until they inevitably interact with each other and get entangled.
To put it simply, one party openly distributes keys that can ONLY ENCRYPT but not decrypt a message. So I can encrypt a message but only the original key distributor can decrypt it. Thats how a first secure communication is established that can then be used to exchange any initial secrets for further communication…
Cocktails without alcohol cost way too much for what they are. That would be like paying 15 bucks for a burger without meat.
Restaurants sometimes also have like dozens of types of beer, wine, etc. but the best non-alcoholic they can do is a water or a coca cola softdrink?
