There are… but sound is good too.
For those who are curious
How to write good alt text - Making images accessible with alternative text
If there was a world where aperture actually made them I definitely wouldn’t drink from them.
Jack stands too. But not harbor freight ones
Pretty good for anything that can kill you if it fails. Even beyond power tools.
So, for example, yes to drill. No to compressors, jacks, etc.
Well said. It seems to all be about satisfying our expectations.
Or when expectations are subverted but then satisfied in a different way (jokes, puns, etc).
But basically confirmation of our pattern matching being right.
1,2,3,4… I will now say more.
5,6,7,8… I will not hesitate.
Satisfying
1,2,3,4… I will now say more.
5,6,7,8… I will not delay.
Frustrating
Issue here is that what’s in a safe deposit box isn’t also being shared/distributed. It is locked away.
If, however, they made copies of the contents of a box and put it in other boxes … and it came out somebody used that for CSAM then there probably would be some kind of liability.
Besides CSAM there’s also copyrighted material, etc which section 230 kind of covers but even then gets tricky since there’s a duty to respond to DMCA takedowns in order to get safe harbor protections.
It’s basically saying that it needs a 4 hour window for potential updates. Hence why it can’t be more than 18 hour difference.
22 years. 1 year is chicken farmer, 10 is ducks, 15 is, oddly, Alpacas, and 20 is geese.
Well at least they’re using lag bolts when mounting to the now crumpled sheer pieces of metal designed to flex and give during accidents.
And so many nails for the wood that definitely wouldn’t come loose from the vibrations caused by the road and air turbulence.
Cheaper and more reliable with a known expiration date that can be easily maintained.
Imagine, if you will. A world where string reverse changes the character codes of the string.
What beauty, what wonder would such a world have?
Destruction and despair. Developers unsure why their programs don’t respond correctly. Ships run aground on islands already overcrowded with those who were shipwrecked before. Signal antennas pointed towards the sun with it’s constant noise. Spacecraft whose exhaust melt to slag populated cities as people briefly scream their final terrors of pain and suffering.
This, is a world we should not want to live in. A world you can only find, in the Twilight Zone.
Thermal cameras great for finding sources of leaks in your house too but a little too pricey compared to any potential savings in utility bills.
Wait…wait… we need somebody from legal on this call
How long before there’s a discovery request for all recall data for a time period and companies start screaming about the risks with recall?
Not sure what year but that’s definitely a 90’s van
It looks nice but we should also acknowledge there’s beauty if they choose not to have a nose job.
Roads? Where we’re going we won’t need roads
Note that hiding its SSID won’t turn off the wireless broadcast which would be adding to the “noise” in whatever channel it’s using.
In this case you would want to turn off the wireless itself
