For me, it’s this link: https://fedia.io/sub/threads/newest
This filters it by only my subscribed magazines, and then sorts them by newest
Personally I ended up bookmarking the newest page and just using that
I mean the cats can get enough of their predatory instincts out by play fighting or playing with toys. You can alternatively just use a laser pointer and treats with them instead without affecting the ecosystem or killing birds just tryna live like everybody else
I use the false cord technique to do metal vocals (vocal fry was harder to learn and didn’t click with me), I basically just watched different YouTube tutorials on how to do it until I watched one by Kardavox Academy on YouTube and he likened the feeling of engaging the false cords to sighing exasperatedly, and also going “ruff” very lowly like a dog.
This explanation alone is terrible, but understanding what he meant and mimicing those sounds allowed me to understand what it feels like when I engage the false cords and now I have enough control to engage or disengage it on a word by word basis or slide into it from a clean voice. It’s definitely as people say, with the right technique it won’t hurt, it can be tough on your voice even when done correctly, but you should never have to stop and cough, that’s when you’re really doing it wrong.
Well, I never thought I’d be jealous of someone’s charging cable, but here I am
“bro, is it just me, or did they never turn the screen on?”
“I dunno man, I’m watching it just fine”
My previous bass guitar had one of its machine heads snap off, and I had rehearsal that same day, so I looked online at the used instrument stock at local music stores and found a bass guitar used that was a very unique, discontinued model that I’d been essentially dreaming of for a while, and happened to be there.
What I probably should’ve done is replaced the machine head, which would’ve been a very quick and cheap fix, but I instead bought the new bass and then took it to use at rehearsal. Now it’s my daily driver and I’m very glad I got it.
Edit: I fucked up and fixed the comment, somehow it double posted instead of just editing.
Aside from meeting people at work, Ive only manually made friends twice. Once I found a hobby store that was near enough where they ran dungeons and dragons groups that were low pressure, so I was able to jump in and get taught and it was a good time!
The other was that I used reddit’s “gamerpals” sub to find someone to play with. Went through maybe three clunkers and actually ended up playing with a dude that I still play with weekly and is my friend.
I listened to the audiobook, if that counts, but Total Recall, Arnold Schwarzeneggar’s autobiography. When I started it I was like “holy shit, this is 25 hours? Dude must be milking it”.
Turns out, he actually glosses over a lot, he’s done THAT much in his life, and his drive and ideologies are inspiring. He was raised dirt poor without running water, was in the Austrian military, became a world class bodybuilder, a real estate mogul, a movie star, and a governor.
Just a riveting life’s story.
I’m married now, but I was always a fan of the cheesy stuff, like going bowling or mini golfing. Some of my more memorable dates were extremely simple, like sitting in a car with the seats laid back listening to music and just talking
The demo for this was fucking awesome, I’m ready
I give them dry for breakfast, then wet with a little dry for texture when I feed them at dinner
I’m not saying Emily has it coming to her, but… She might have it coming to her.
Always loved watching playthroughs of this on YouTube! It’ll be great to finally play it myself.
Top Secret, by the same guys who did Naked Gun. I think it’s somehow actually funnier on average than Naked Gun, even though that one’s great, too.
Basically, I don’t know if a human could watch it and not find it fucking amazingly funny. So dense with jokes, so creative with the execution, so many funny practical effects, you’re constantly astounded that they created props and sets for such absurd humor, and it really works.
