If there’s something I want to come back to later, I copy paste the URL into a non private window so that it becomes part of history. So, my history is filled with things I plan to come back to. Then, I bookmark things that I need to come back to more than once.

Nice video. Do you have an example of a ROM hack or homebrew that can’t run on real hardware? The only limitations there is that you can’t load it because you have limited access to run unofficial software.
