Because of how important reading is
Reading itself isn’t what’s important, it’s mental stimulation that is. And more importantly stimulating different parts of the brain.

Blocking is for the weak. Subscribe to the content you want to see and (mostly) only look at your subscriptions.
The only things I have blocked are porn communities/instances.
I’m so glad to see the more minimalist design. Now if only Asus would get their warranty shit together and I’d consider buying their products again. With my friends numerous poor experiences over the last 3 years, including one in the last few months I’m not going to even consider their products.
The problem I have (and OP may have it as well) The chair might be comfortable for the first 3, 4, maybe 5 hours. But past that it’s a problem. Plus what’s comfortable for you ass isn’t always comfortable for your back/neck.
ry to add node_modules to the exceptions, unless you don’t care much about the performance hit.
Does windows defender go crazy constantly scanning the files or something? I have a TON of machines running automated tasks using node and any drop in CPU usage would be much appreciated.
Me using Linux on one computer, Mac OS on another, and Linux on another.
You don’t get security updates.
You can get something new, install Linux, or you can also just choose to not care.
Game devs get paid shit wages, so honestly it could be a good thing that those jobs are “gone”. Just feed the marketing and management people their slop and take the paycheck home.
If you really want to be a game dev and not sell your soul for no pay then being an indie dev is really the only way to go. But that also requires having a good idea, beating your soul to death for a few years, then maybe you can cash out.
You do realize that virtually every device with an arm processor also have soldered ram?
Jan 6 was not a good one. And I fear there’s another coming with this next election.
In this context all dacs (digital analog converter) are audio interfaces. Not all audio interfaces are DACs (spdif for example).
Also a dac could be used for non audio uses.
That usually involves replacing drives, and drives get expensive fast. Synogy and all the other NAS makers won’t make a >4 bay NAS without charging an arm and a leg for them. Then there’s the cost of replacing a perfectly good hard drive with another of a large capacity. And because you want redundancy that doesn’t mean just one drive, that meant at least 2 possibly all 4 drives.
If it’s a phone I wouldn’t want it left on my porch. But literally anything else? Leave it there. I don’t want to go out of my way to pick up a USB cable that was ordered online.
Docker requires hardware virtualization so kinda but not really. Apparently it runs inside of a VM so that’s a no go.
Honestly I think you’re asking way too much for a VPS, or even a full blown server. If you want to run CAD software you’ll also want a remotely capable GPU and you won’t get that in a server unless you’ve explicitly put something in it. The built in GPUs in servers are like radeon 3450s that are 15 years old and are basically just video adapters and not actual “graphics processing units”. If you have your own server I’d throw a GPU in there and try running your software there. But honestly any remotely modern laptop will probably run faster than a cheap rented server.
With a vps expect to lose all virtualization
Read the patch notes and see what’s changing. Usually it’s “squashing bugs”, but there could be a few new features you’d like in there.
If reinstalling windows didn’t fix the issue then you most likely have a hardware issue. You could always make a linux live USB and see if that works. The live USB won’t touch your HDD so if the HDD is the problem you won’t know until after you’ve installed linux.
Before you do that download a program like hwinfo and look at your temps. Specifically CPU temp. Somewhere towards the bottom it will tell you stats about your HDD as well and it may include what SMART thinks your HDD’s health is.
This isn’t new. They’ve dropped cybertrucks before, and they’re not the only company to drop/straight up refuse to take them.

I drove a Nissan Almera (basically altima but with a 1.6 liter engine) on roads worse than most pickups have ever driven.
Thanks, I think I’m gonna print this off and frame it.
