The Biden administration is starting to change their tone on supporting israel’s Genocide in Gaza because they are losing votes.

By claiming that people need to keep voting for Biden (else Trump wins!) you are directly enabling Biden to continue supporting israel’s Genocide.

The faster Biden starts dropping in the polling the faster the Genocide will stop.

When the Genocide stops (and Biden has the power to stop it) the argument falls apart and Biden can actually campaign. Especially if a real solution to the problem is reached.

Does your keyboard not allow Genicode through the word filter? I’m not reading it.

    Try typing it out.

If you don’t speak out against Genocide you are complicit in Genocide.

You’re absolutely awful at getting people to come over to your side and win support for your cause.

      Good luck and godspeed, troll.

Certainly. The goal of such accounts is to get voters on the left to stay home. They’ll pose as a “leftist” themselves. But their real goal is to support the right.

Similar to trolls doing the “as a (insert minority group)” then going on to post all right wing bs. They’ll use current events and whatnot. Even shitty ones most people will agree are awful. But in a way that creates more division.

This particular account was created recently. Posts 99% anti-Biden spam. Their suggestions about the upcoming election are to stay home if you’re going to vote Biden. But if you do vote, pick Cornell West. Either of those options only helps Trump. But the real kicker is their peak activity seems to be from around 2 am eastern to 2pm eastern. Meaning they’re likely not even in the US.

            • I’ve seen a fair number of these lately. Lemmy as a whole is relatively bad at noticing propaganda but “on principle, don’t vote” is, very thankfully, not accepted outside of the tankiesphere.

Thank you for defining it, specific language is always helpful in understanding the subtle ways foreign political campaigns attempt to split and hinder.
