Lot of space, good price, nothing more. Says it was built in 2023, might not be finished. Would be better if it was just an empty lot.

that’s a storage building / warehouse conversion …
Nearly $100k for that? I could just rent a storage unit.
I’d rather own a piece of shit than rent it from some asshole
It’s a “convert a shed to a house and only reuse what you’ve got laying around from past renovations”-challenge.
I’ve never seen a toilet like that, anyone know what’s up there?
I think you may be seeing the floor of the shower behind the toilet as part of it?
Yep didn’t have my glasses on, now that yall mention it I see that its just a regular toilet. They got merged with my blurry eyes. I thought it was some weird bidet/toilet situation.
My eyes are fine and I still made that same mistake. Looked like a really odd double toilet.
Urinal sidecar for your bro
Same here 😀
Almost looks like it’s made from a mobile home that they DIY redid.
I actually love it. I wonder if they were going for the aesthetic?
I should say, though the toilet is poorly placed.
Yeah I could live somewhere like that easy, but the price is absurd.
Built DIY in 2023 ya
Never mind the innards, look at our porch!
This where Dad lives after the divorce.
This property coming to AirBnB just in time for your suicide note.
Because wall cabinets and cabinet doors are abelist.

Flooring as wall tile? Of the many offenses, this is the biggest for me.
But the street name is hilarious- it sounds so 80’s suburban subdivision.
And it may have actually worked if they ran it horizontally instead of vertically like the wood panelling of yore
Curtains instead of cabinet doors under the counter.
That’s a new one for me. I guess cabinet doors are expensive.
It’s usually used in a small shack where a door could not fully open.
This is just dumb in a house.
