We are rational, creative, loving. But we also have these glands that tell us to fight and fuck even if it’s inappropriate.
The glands really screw up our behavior and sanity.
We would arguably be happier and healthier, as individuals and a society, if we had that shit surgically removed.

It’s not really eugenics if you’re making everyone sterile, considering eugenics are, essentially, selective breeding.

No. Humans don’t work like dogs. Neutering a man doesn’t make him less aggressive. If anything it would make things worse.
I think you’re wrong there. I think that the glands make aggression and that we’d be less aggressive without them. Not to mention various related obsessions.
Why is aggression undesirable? Men are statisticly more aggressive so in essence ur being sexist.
