Because these types usually think their religion is objectively true and view non believers as less than they are, here’s this person shitting on Islam for example: https://lemm.ee/post/46393021/15935358
Sadly it’s the minority of religious people that seem to be able to respect others and not use their religion as a tool of discrimination.
There are a load of problems with Islam and the Qur’an, but I’ll keep it concise to how the Qur’an disproves itself. The Qur’an makes these points:
The Gospel is the word of allah: 3:3-4
No one can change allah’s words: 18:27
Strongly implies that the Christians had the Gospel when the Qur’an was written: 7:157
Christians should judge by the Gospel: 5:47
The Qur’an also denies the death of Jesus and His divinity, which the Bible claims. So it’s in obvious contradiction. So judging by the Gospel, Islam is false. And the Gospel cannot be corrupted as the Qur’an recommends the Gospel and claims allah’s words cannot be corrupted.
Paul also gives us this warning:
Galatians 1:8
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.
Considering the Qur’an apparently was revealed to Mohammed by an “angel”… Yeah…
Jesus fills the space perfectly ❤️🔥✝️❤️
They got a point, people often fill that hole with religion. Though i personally think it’s better to fill it with knowledge instead.
The knowledge of how God became man and died for us
That’s faith, by definition distinct from knowledge.
You have faith in your car based on the knowledge that it’ll get you to your destination
That’s a linguistic bait-and-switch. Your example has nothing to do with religious faith as a basis for conviction.
I am convicted in my faith by the evidence
You’re not convincing anyone by misusing words.
Here, let me demonstrate: I have hard evidence that God doesn’t exist. My evidence is faith.
My evidence isn’t faith. My faith is based in historical fact.
Knowledge of how that story came to be for once.
And tell me this: How did it come to be?
Is this a joke?
No, Jesus has a massive cock
Jesus’ holy pole is perfect to fill your lonely hole
No. Jesus loves you.
Does he also love all those babies with bone cancer? Because it sure doesn’t look like it.
He offers them eternal life and an end to suffering.
Why is this downvoted ? Comment OP stated their belief in a non aggressive/judging manner.

Matthew 10:22a
First of all: I want to differentiate between Jesus amd God. Don’t blame Jesus for everything.
Secondly, Jesus did not fill the space. Science did for me much better.
You may live your religion and like it. But I don’t like it when you push your beliefs onto others.
Jesus is God
Nonono, god is jesus.
Jesus was bread and wine
What about Allah?

What about the many contractions in the gospels? For example:

Wouldn’t it be better to just accept that your faith works for you, and other people’s faith (or lack of faith) works for them?
