I’m assuming they know, and it’s a satire of DOGE.
No relation to current political events at all.
I can see a few parallels, but I’m not sure how peanut butter factors in.
My dog has this huge cow bone that’s hollewed out. I fill it with peanut butter and he goes all in on that thing for an hour or until all peanut butter is eliminated
The actual letters in dog translates to died in English. Swedish dog=English died. English dog=Swedish hund.
So, I think it’s relevant considering how the dog is killing of branches on the paper.
