You. I like you.
You. I like you.
Guise, I’m struggling. Part of me says…let them all burn for their “fuck around and find out”.
But I know that isn’t completely right. I just, am, so, angry (and sad).
Will probably choose the let them burn route.
Unbelievably sick after some seafood at a well-rated place near me.
Dizzy, cramps, shitting.
Stood up after, nauseated. Went to vomit and blacked out, woke up with chipped teeth, bleeding nose, mangled lip, and what would become a black eye whilst lying in a puddle of blood.
Best I can gather is I face planted hard directly onto the edge of the toilet and then the floor. But I honestly don’t know.
Ended up having to go to the ER and getting stitches. Recovery for non drinkable foods was some 1-2 weeks.
Have scars from it.
Current: S24U, Moto Razor 2023+, Pixel 8 Pro.
Best phone: Probably the LG V20 or V30. Can’t remember which.
Yeah, I bought a Tesla and now regret it because Elon is a dipshit.
That said, I’ve gone over 38,000 miles for less than $900 in electricity. I haven’t had to deal with oil changes or any other maintenance items other than tire rotations and tire replacement (the latter was of my own accord they actually said I didn’t need to yet, at the time).
I recently did a nearly 4hr trip with no need to charge on the way, and at my destination basically filled back up in something like 25 minutes while checking in to my hotel. So, no range anxiety for me.
The ride is nice, the features are helpful to me, and I have had no other issues with the vehicle.
So if it weren’t for Elon I’d love it. I still like it, but I just hate being seen in it now. It’s paid off so the financial cost of getting some other EV doesn’t make a ton of sense right now, so I guess I’ll just drive it until it dies…which at this rate might be a long-ass time.
As a millennial, I’m going to just not buy goldfish crackers for awhile because this is dumb.
But also I haven’t been buying them because I’m on a diet and I could eat an entire gallon container in one sitting if left to my own devices.
Absolutely not. I’d be surprised if anybody actually cares.
Interesting. Does alcohol make it worse? Like…worse than alcohol normally would?
There exist plenty of services on school campuses that send passwords in plaintext. There are services outside of school campuses that do, too. Hell, I’ve been able to bypass 2FA checks by just navigating around them, I don’t know what else to tell you, not everything out there uses the best security practices, so don’t assume that they do.
I mean, yes, I’m in my 40s, but it’s just as effective today.
I’m not even an expert in this stuff, but with a tool I found online I demonstrated that it was easy to snoop people’s passwords on my school’s wifi networks back in the day. It took minutes.
Well that’s disconcerting.
There’s no failsafe? Jesus.
I’ve been using Kagi since February and it’s been superb. I typically find what I need in the first 5 results and the ability to customize it is really nice.
It costs a little money, but honestly it’s saved me so much time over the 12,000 or so searches I’ve conducted that it’s worth it. Previously I’d sometimes have to hit up some combination of Google, Bing, DDG, Brave, etc. just to get somewhere.
Nine?? That’s just ruining REM sleep…damn.
I agree this is amazing and huge, but for my own sanity, what stops someone from engineering cells that do bad?
Do you mean like…those gyroscopes you’d spin up using twine?
Kuhn Rikon Swiss Peelers. They come in 3-packs for like $15. They’re sharp AF, lightweight and easy to use.
Okay but…what?
