It’s a shame it’s naught spelt yaught.

One counterpoint I would have to those other hobbies (I enjoy all of them, so no disrespect to them or practitioners of them) is they don’t expose a person to new ideas as easily. Reading is great for getting a potential new perspective on something, or just absorbing new ideas in general.
You can always combine both by reading up on another hobby you have, best of both worlds so to speak.
I enjoy a good Irish breakfast, not sure what specifically is the difference between that and a traditional english breakfast. Just tastes smoother to me.
The preferred term is hobo-chic actually.
INCONCEIVABLE!
"The world is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it. "
Queue the goosebumps, we’re in for a hell of a ride.
I think fewer of people when they misuse words. Their not that hard too tail a part.
Ugh, this is terrible. I love it.
Who doesn’t enjoy a cockatoo on the weekend?
Only time will tell.
Highest recorded temperature on Earth, so far!
Oh wow, I’m today years old when I found out what that means.
I believe what you are looking for is spacetime which is the foundation that all of the universe exists on. My layman’s understanding is that objects with mass “curve” or “bend” spacetime around them and this is actually how gravity effects objects. An object moving along a straight path (from it’s perspective if on a small enough scale) which is actually following a curved path of spacetime will move in a curved path.
This gives a visual representation of the curving of spacetime.
This shows how a super massive object like a white dwarf or black hole distorts and eventually “breaks” spacetime.
This video also shows it visually fairly well.
This is both terrifying and fascinating at the same time. The potential in either direction is immense, imagine having a soundtrack to daily life tailored to what is happening? Would you hear boss music if you mess up at work/school/etc?
How is this viewed by the user is a good question as well. If it’s broadcast on a speaker/projector that everyone else can see what the ai is showing us as well. If it’s only viewable to us by either implants or some sort of smart glass technology then it’s “private” to the user.
Like you mention, the potential abuse of this system is unimaginable. Ads shown directly in our vision, a paid tier that is ad free. Music is shown to be able to effect emotional state easily (movies as an example), what if the soundtrack is used to emphasize certain goals. The ai pushes you to buy a certain car brand over another because said car brand paid the ai company more.
As long as nobody arms the penguins we’ll be fine.
In this country, you gotta get the pee first. Then when you get the pee, you get the money. Then when you get the money, then you get the power.
I still remember the first time I played StarCraft and watched the intro movie, when the battle cruisers left it blew my child mind.
