Of course German has a word for it! I did some bee research a long while back and we used to stick a tiny bit of numbered card on bees to track them. That has a German word as well, something like opalithplatchen.

What kind of language has a separate word for a tiny bit of numbered card that you stick on a bee?

My old neighbour had one of those kebab shop bug zapper lights which she hung outside and ran all day and all night. I couldn’t sit out because the sound of insects being disassembled was too much for me to cope with.

We have Neolithic attracts and Roman ruins, as well as a castle from somewhere around 1066, also now ruins.

The oldest recorded standing and still used building is from around 1290.

We didn’t claw our way to the top of the wind platform game by clinging to the two-turbine industry standard. We got here by taking chances. Well, five turbines is the biggest chance of all.

I was thinking a kind of get-in-line attitude. We can get to you but not for 6 months, that’s just how it is.

I work in consultancy and have a dream of forming a small elite company of consultants, employee owned, just 10 or so people who are shit hot at their jobs.

I would plan for it to always be 10 people, deliberately no growth. Do the job well, take a good wage, have some parties.

It’s when companies look for massive growth and shareholder value that everything starts to go to shit.
