I was so confused by that ad, I know how to bingle but where do I get a “vag jay jay”?
Seems like the planning for this was the same planning they put into making the words fit on the sign.
I have lived down the street from this place for over a decade and had no idea there was a history in their name. On top of that it is mediocre, overpriced, Tex-mex.
It’s like they’re trying to commit war crimes.
I’m in the same boat, in the early days of Android (Galaxy S 1 days) I used to go to their site just as frequently as Tom’s Hardware, TechPowerUp, etc. because they were on top of most new customizable ROMs if I remember right.
I haven’t had a reason to go back since it has become increasingly more difficult to get a custom ROM on any Galaxy phone, and I almost completely forgot about the site until this announcement.
I’m a music producer and there is/was a “Loudness War” and several people say loud won. To clarify: for your tracks to qualify when uploading them to Spotify I believe they have to be a minimum of -10 LUFS. I’m not going to pretend that I know what a LUFS is fully, but I have software to tell me where my LUFS is at. If you don’t hit at least -10 LUFS they will fake it for you, with usually terrible results.
So now all producers are mixing to -10 LUFS and higher (-8 or -9), all for the sake of possibly getting radio play in the future, although not all music sounds good when mixed so damn loudly. I know this is tangentially related but
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Onions, yes. Spices and cheese? What?
Oh yeah I love his tech tips!
It’s what I’m glad Super Mario wasn’t.
There’s always money in the banana celery stand.
So like a Swiss Army bag? Quick, someone write that down!
I just mentioned this game to my coworkers yesterday, and they had never heard of it. I loved the concept but it didn’t hold me more than a week.
Overwatch/TF2 classes with portals? Sounds great! (haven’t seen the trailer)
The Manor Lords dev came out recently saying the opposite of this, basically there shouldn’t be an endless grind after the release of the game. He seems not to be bound to the “ultra-popular game gotta get content done ASAP” grindset previous games got sucked into.
I’ve never played Manor Lords, and barely played Palworld, but there are so many games out now why sink 100 to 200 hours into a popular new release, only to complain about the lack of content a week later?
Even though everyone else isn’t with you, I hear you. I too like my coffee black just like my metal, and think Frankenstein girls seem strangely sexy.
Good is arguable… Out of all the Genesis games I had I played it the least. Toejam and Earl was where it’s at.
That may have more to do with water boiling faster at higher altitudes.
Just so you know I’m using Sync for Lemmy and your image is no longer showing for me.
Too mild, go outside and flip the breaker for that section of the house.
I’d catch it on a $6 ticket night, and it comes with free popcorn.
