I worked with some mainland Chinese people and they’re very interesting. I remember during covid when a director released his movie online for free so people could watch it while stuck at home — they thought it was a terrible thing because now so many people weren’t going to make money off it.

A teenage girl in distress came to me and my friend for help and protection even though we were total strangers. We found her other friends and got them all home safe and sound.

I guess knowing that other people see you as a responsible adult, helps you feel like one as well.

I’ve never played the game, but when I was a pre-teen there were a lot of ads for Final Fantasy X-2 and they featured a blond character with her thong showing. Made it very difficult to read my Nintendo Power without having to relieve myself.
