    Legally no. Ethically yes. Many people claim they are being taken over by a hostile personality. So the hostage metaphor is a real one.

    Depends on how drastic the division of personalities are to an outside observer

      Oddly enough…Rugrats if you can believe it. Chucky goes through a mental psychosis, and becomes skitzophrenic, and finds his dads gun by his bed.

      It’s so weird that I tried to come up with the most absurd thing possible, but I honestly could visualize a preschooler having a mental breakdown and shooting up the school. Welcome to life in America. Everythings made up, and the gun violence doesn’t matter.
