I really wish I could remember the name of the movie because I would like to see it again and actually be reminded of the context for the one scene I do remember.

Dude has a broken arm, a broken leg, a missing testicle and a bunch of bumps and bruises from all the shit that happens to him; and then like something falls on or around him and he is rubbing himself checking for damage, finally grabbing his crotch and making sure he still has his last remaining nut. “Two eyes, two arms, two legs… 1 ball. Whew I’m fine.”
