    Be skeptical of any research that shows the health risks / benefits of a behavior that can also be correlated to wealth.

    I feel like I’m incapable of doing anything and am an utter failure of a human being. Doing nothing all the time is best to be avoided, take my word for it

    Doing things takes energy. We must conserve energy to save the environment. So being lazy is therefore good for the environment by transitive property.
