There’s also Mini Motorways. Same concept, different pieces. Heavily recommend both, both can scratch those “I just want to have a chill time” and “I wanna optimize and challenge myself” itches.

Super easy to pick up, spend your lunch break placing lines, and go back to whatever you were doing.

My friend, you are about to see Mini Metro in every metropolitan subway system map from now until eternity. Godspeed.

Great game for mobile, too. My partner was hooked for months straight, got into some of the daily top ten leaderboards.

It’s a great game for starting and stopping while your partner pauses a movie to get a snack. Available on iOS too.

Brilliant game, and remember: the only reason to play normal mode is to unlock extreme mode!

I played that game couple months ago, loved it but I got bored after some time. It’s a slow game, let’s you rearrange all the lines, but after some point it gets difficult. Long lines are slow for the subway and too much people.

I like this game (and mini motorways) but it sort of requires you to pause a lot. It doesn’t significantly take away from the experience (and a lot of games I really enjoy are like this, FTL is a big example) but it still bothers me
